Our photo studio features a private room with a white infinity wall as well as an open-floor room for setting up backdrops. Lighting equipment is included with the space for the creation of your sophisticated stills. Bring your ideas and get creative.
Photography Space Features:
White Infinity Wall - Our private photography room features an all-white, no-seam, 10’ x 10’ cyclorama.
Open Area - We have a larger general area outside the photography room that accommodates spacious use of backdrops.
Lighting Equipment: Strobes, LED lights, LED panels, studio lights, and more.
Backdrops - Check out our various backdrops for your portraits and professional head-shots. Feel free to bring your own on your visit.
Green Screen - This backdrop can be set up for photos or video.

Record Audio/Video large green screen backdrop which can be set up for photography or video. Professional microphone setup is included in space rental for recording clear audio. On-site help is available for setting up your teleprompter, lighting, and microphones.

Meeting Space
Have a productive and comfortable meeting in our open-floor, climate controlled space of about 500 square feet. Perfect for small conferences, interviews, and other meetings. Tables, chairs, and amenities are provided. Adjacent to the space are a bathroom and a kitchenette with amenities easily accessible and stocked for your convenience.
Meeting Space Features:
Meeting Area - Most comfortable for 6-8 people. Includes 3 tables, 10 chairs, a whiteboard with markers.
Kitchenette Area - You'll have access to the refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, sink, and water cooler.
Bathroom - Immediately adjacent to the space. Stocked with bathroom basics.
Rate: $50 per hour

Podcast Space
Record a podcast or audio for your voice-overs and videos. We have a quiet room that can be set up for your particular needs with tables, chairs, microphones, headphones, and other equipment.
Podcast Space Features:
Private isolated room with the audio, video, and lighting equipment to produce clear audio and an inviting setting for a professional podcast, expert interview, or vlog.
Two adjustable arm-mounted microphones and two headphones.
Video Cameras: 2x Logitech Mevo & 2x Canon M200.
Lighting Equipment - overhead lighting, 2 color adjustable LED ADJ hexlights.
Solid wood desk and task chairs.
Wall mounted TV for logo, presentation, or computer-screen mirroring/projection.
Basic production help is included in this space rental. One staff member will be available for your entire booked time. Editing not included. All content is yours.

No matter what space you book, you’ll have access to our amenities. Check out our coffee & tea station, where you can prepare a hot tea or customize your coffee. Our bathroom is stocked and features plenty of light and mirrors. We have done our best to anticipate your needs on your visit and provide you with what you need to be comfortable and productive.
Kitchenette features: refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, ice machine. Feel free to use our coffee/tea supplies, disposable cups, and fridge space.
Clean restroom.
Our 500 sq. ft. meeting space can be set up with up to 3 tables and 10 chairs.
Makeup mirror and restroom basics inside restroom.
Full length mirror in restroom.
Office supplies available: pens, stapler, paper, scissors, batteries, and WiFi printer.
